Consultation and operating sessions are held Mondays and Thursdays with other times by special request.

Fees
Following an initial consultation, we will provide a detailed treatment plan and quotation for any work recommended. We accept payment by cheque, cash, Mastercard, Visa or Switch.
Services are offered to patients on a private basis only.
Emergencies
For emergencies arising during practice hours, please telephone 020 8786 3865. We will try to see you on the same day and offer advice or treatment as appropriate.
Outside surgery hours please call 07929 184971 and leave a detailed message, including your telephone number. Messages are checked on a regular basis by one of our experienced team who will contact you to assist.
Cancelled Appointments
If you have to cancel an appointment, please give as much notice as possible, so we can offer the time to another patient. We may make a charge for short notice cancellations or missed appointments.
Disabled Access
The practice is fully accessible to wheelchair users.
Travel
Claremont at Fortyfive is located on Foxley Lane in Purley, Surrey.
For those travelling by car there is parking available at the front of our building.
The nearest train station is Purley. Local bus services run through Purley including the 455, 289 and the 434 which stops on Foxley Lane.
