Qualified from Cairo University 1976.Joe took up Anesthetics at Westminster Hospital in 1980 and subsequently held posts at St Stephens Hospital and the Royal Marsden before leaving the NHS to practice privately in Dental Anaesthetics. Joe is now engaged exclusively in intravenous sedation for dental patients.Joe has been a menber of the Standing Committee on Sedation in Dentistry and is a council member of the Association of Dental Anaethetists.Joe lectures on sedationa and other medical topics both nationally and internationally.
